Once again this year, we were there to champion our vision of inclusive mobility and showcase all of our projects. Above all, VivaTech was about meaningful encounters, insightful discussions on accessibility challenges, and the importance of designing innovations with and for users.

A new year has begun, and with it, many new projects are on the horizon. It was the perfect opportunity to get together with those who support us in the development of our solutions. Because our testers are an integral part of Ezymob, we invited them to share a friendly moment to discuss our future collaborations and achievements.

Following Bordeaux, Lyon, and Marseille, we continued our tour of Olympic cities with the Transport Innovation Agency's Mobilités Innov’ event in Lille. Camille Maldjian was in Lille to once again highlight the GUIDE project. The program featured innovator pitches, a roundtable discussion on innovation and sustainable mobility, real-world innovation case studies, and testimonials.

You could find us on Friday, May 24, 2024, at Vivatech 2024 at the SNCF booth. For this major new gathering of innovation leaders, a busy day awaited us with several speaking engagements.

Inwink, an event and community management platform, hosted a meeting for the events industry. It was a time for inspiring discussions and sharing with key players in the sector. We were also invited to the start-up forum to present our inclusive guidance solution to the Inwink ecosystem. The events industry is increasingly taking action to include all audiences by integrating innovations like ours into their efforts to improve the visitor experience.

The team was on-site from June 14 to 17 for the 7th edition of VivaTech, the premier event for startups and innovation. The first day featured a presentation at the SNCF booth on the rollout of our mobility assistance solutions in Besançon, alongside Arnaud Julien, Chief Innovation Officer at Keolis.

Our first Ezymob event: we brought together professionals responsible for accessibility in public buildings, along with various associations, at the 13th Arrondissement City Hall to showcase our universal mobility solutions.

XMOBILITY LE MANS is a major event that brings together key players from across the mobility ecosystem. It is a gathering of project leaders working to create a positive impact on society.

Paris Expo Porte de Versailles features: - Over 210,000 square meters of space across 7 halls - 200 events and millions of visitors every year. That means a lot of people, a lot of noise, and a complex venue where it can be difficult to find your way around. In such a setting, transforming the visitor experience for people with intellectual disabilities is a key challenge. It is essential that they are able to navigate independently and feel welcome at events. With this in mind, our team spent a wonderful morning with members of the Fondation Pluriel to test the latest features of our solution, which was developed through a co-design process with them!

The Tech For Change Award highlights projects tackling the major challenges of our time—climate, equality, inclusion, and more. As an organization committed to a more inclusive society, our project has been selected for this honor.

The Accessibility Awards ceremony was held at Accor's headquarters to recognize innovative solutions for a more inclusive society. Ezymob was a two-time finalist. Our clients championed these projects, as they are the ones who truly bring them to life in their local areas. A big thank you to Transdev for supporting the project led by the Car Jaune network for the Réunion Region, and congratulations to Besançon for winning the award for the Ginko Guide app.

People with disabilities still face numerous barriers to employment. The challenges of recruitment and the high unemployment rate among people with disabilities cannot be ignored. Inclusion is a major issue that must become a reality. This is also the ambition of the Sens de l'emploi fair, the 2025 edition of which was held last Friday: to promote access to employment and training for people with visual and hearing impairments.

For the 2025 Ezymob seminar, the entire team headed to Le Mans—a destination kept secret until the very last moment. The goal of this seminar: to create a white paper from scratch. It was a long, productive team effort.

We’ve just wrapped up three intense days of field testing for our GUIDE solution, in collaboration with SNCF Voyageurs and 574 Grand-Est. We had the opportunity to put the latest version of GUIDE to the test with real user feedback, and we can honestly say it was a deeply rewarding experience.

On September 25, 2024, we were invited to the annual partner gala at the Lille Grand Palais event complex. We have been working side-by-side for about a year now to improve the accessibility of the venue and ensure an inclusive visitor experience. It was a great opportunity to celebrate this with all of the Lille Grand Palais partners and discuss our outlook for the year ahead in 2025.
