"When I talk about inclusion, I often like to recall this quote from Vernā Myers:

"Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance."
A telling image that perfectly illustrates the difference between being present… and being fully involved."

They have committed to working with us

In Besançon, we are accustomed to involving our clients in every project during the experimental phase to meet passenger expectations and make adjustments. In the specific case of Ezymob, we worked directly with the CRDV association.

We support innovations that are useful for travelers. Many people face difficulties getting around, which limits their independence, access to employment, and social interaction. The feedback has been excellent, which encourages us to continue in this direction.

This app is a small revolution for our island, as we previously lacked dedicated public transport applications. Given the challenges of getting around for visually impaired people on Reunion Island, we can celebrate this initiative by Car Jaune to improve their daily lives.

Our clients need to make the most of their time on-site, so finding their way around quickly is a real priority. Ezymob met this need at MIPCOM with its wayfinding solution.

Ezymob addresses a genuine, identified need and aligns with our desire to facilitate accessibility for all audiences. Our business is hospitality, and by extension, hospitality for everyone. Here, digital technology is leveraged to enhance the customer experience and, ultimately, the satisfaction of our end users.

With 140,000 square meters of space, you inevitably have foot traffic, and quite complex traffic at that. Beyond the challenges related to accessibility for people with reduced mobility, the goal was to also address other types of disabilities, such as cognitive, visual, and sensory impairments.

The question driving us today is how to ensure everyone has the same opportunities in a city as dense, dynamic, and vibrant as Paris, regardless of their physical, psychological, or mental starting point in life.
