Digital accessibility
of digital tools

of mobility

There is a persistent gap between what digital tools and their associated regulations claim, and what users actually experience.

THE FINDINGS

A persistent gap

12M
of French people have a disability
80%
of disabilities are invisible
1.6M
of French people will be between 75 and 84 years old
Digital accessibility is a major issue for millions of users with disabilities and seniors. While awareness is growing and initiatives are multiplying, gaps remain between intentions and the actual user experience. Today, these vulnerable groups still encounter difficulties with current digital mobility tools.

WEBINAR

Six perspectives on a single topic

To kick off discussions on the digital accessibility of mobility tools, we chose to give the floor to those who experience these challenges every day. On April 30, we brought together operators, experts, and associations representing users with disabilities to share perspectives, compare experiences, and raise awareness.
