The Eurockéennes: a complex site for hundreds of thousands of visitors

About
The Eurockéennes de Belfort is one of the largest music festivals in France. Organized by the Territoire de Musiques association, the event is held every summer on the Malsaucy peninsula, a protected natural site near Belfort.

Located on the Malsaucy peninsula, between a lake and a forest, the Eurockéennes welcomes tens of thousands of people each day in early July to a unique site 7 km from Belfort. The festival features 4 stages and brings together over 130,000 festival-goers over 4 days.

A festival experience accessible to everyone

In a multi-zone festival set in a natural environment (stages, food, merch, shuttles, parking, camping), organizers must guide peak crowds between concerts and facilitate navigation for all festival-goers. The terrain (grass, footbridges, low light, changing weather, proximity to water) requires safe and clear pathways, both day and night. Accessibility must be guaranteed without compromise: access to platforms for people with reduced mobility and dedicated restrooms, recommended routes, and clear landmarks for visually or cognitively impaired visitors.

Ezyway, an interactive and inclusive map

For the 2025 edition, given the size and complexity of the site, the Eurockéennes festival has implemented three interactive maps:

For festival-goers
An interactive festival map for the 130,000 festival-goers attending over the 4 days, including all stages, food and entertainment areas, site access points, and all other points of interest.

For volunteer teams
An interactive map for the organization to help volunteer teams navigate and identify their private access areas (badge pickup, changing rooms, restrooms, food) both at the festival and in the camping zone.
