Ezymob allowed us to manage unprecedented visitor flows while ensuring an accessible and stress-free experience for all our guests.
As the largest Parisian Fan Zone during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the venue welcomed tens of thousands of fans and athletes every day to celebrate the competition. In this high-traffic environment, the site offered a demanding public experience, punctuated by key moments, celebrations, and sports activities.
Facilitating the fan experience for everyone
Faced with constant peak attendance, multiple zones (stages, activities, dining, retail), and security and wayfinding constraints, We Are MCI had three priorities: Instantly guide every visitor to the right area and reduce friction while accounting for all disabilities; Ensure accessibility for all visitors with disabilities (clear landmarks, adapted information - Easy-to-Read and Understand (FALC) instructions, accessible paths, routes for people with reduced mobility); Promote a more sustainable event by limiting temporary signage.
The Ezyway Webapp: a dynamic map adapted for everyone
Meeting the client's needs, the interactive and inclusive map solution was deployed on-site for the 2024 Paralympic Games. This map includes:
Complete site mapping
2D mapping of the entire venue with all points of interest
A solution for all disabilities
Consideration of different types of disabilities (motor, visual, and cognitive), adapted instructions, step-by-step guidance, and accessible routes for people with reduced mobility
Pre-visit site orientation
A solution accessible before traveling to the event to help visitors prepare for their arrival
